As a proud graduate of San Miguel Academy’s Class of 2011, Henry knows firsthand the transformative power of the SMA program. With the support of the Grandview Scholarship, he went on to Canterbury School in New Milford, CT, where he excelled as a student leader, serving as student body president, dorm proctor, peer counselor, and Sacristan. Those experiences laid the foundation for his success at Fairfield University, where he became the first in his family to graduate from college, earning a B.A. in Political Science in 2019. At Fairfield, Henry deepened his passion for education as a Senior Admissions Fellow, interviewing prospective students and guiding families through the admissions process. After graduation, he launched his career in Washington, D.C., working in the background screening industry with Thomson Reuters before moving into his current role as an account manager at Fama, an AI-powered online screening company that helps organizations identify risks and promote safer workplaces. For Henry, giving back to San Miguel Academy is deeply personal. The program provided him with access, opportunity, and mentorship that shaped his life’s trajectory, and he sees his service on the Board as a way to ensure future generations have the same support. Henry lives in Tampa, FL, with his wife, Natalia, a fellow Fairfield alum and his college “stagmate.” Together, they are raising their two sons, Mateo and Roman.
