Brigham Farrand joins the San Miguel Academy of Newburgh Board of Trustees, bringing extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership. As the former Director of Business Development at Baxter, a development and construction management firm, Brigham was instrumental in driving transformative growth, brokering successful joint ventures for real estate development projects, and expanding the company’s market presence. His expertise supported impactful projects across multifamily housing, hospitality, and institutional sectors in the Hudson Valley. In 2025, Brigham joined the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation as the Executive Vice President for Real Estate and Development. A graduate of Bucknell University with a BA in Economics and minors in Political Science and Religion, Brigham also holds a certification in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning. He is a co-founding member of Brick + Wonder, a networking group designed to connect and support professionals in real estate and development, where he has played an active role in fostering meaningful collaborations. Brigham lives in northern New Jersey with his wife, Lauren, and their three children, Quinn, Collins, and Brooks. Together, they enjoy cycling, outdoor adventures, and contributing to their local community.
