Staff
The staff and administrators of San Miguel Academy are dedicated to the mission of the school. They work 9.5 hours or more per day or 538 hours more per year than their public school peers, because they believe that the educational opportunity provided by San Miguel Academy transforms lives. Most of our young teachers have completed or are taking courses to fulfill their masters degree in education. The goal is for all classroom teachers to be certified by 2011.
