PBL2 is community oriented and takes place via partnerships with various programs and locations throughout the Hudson Valley as well as Block Island, Rhode Island. In placing our students in non- traditional educational settings we are positioning them to develop the skills necessary to be 21st century learners.

By utilizing PBL2 methodology our students retain more information over a larger period of time than they would in a more traditional classroom. By having a broader experience of the world their literacy deficits are diminished and their English language skills are enhanced.

San Miguel Academy of Newburgh admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
