Fundraising for SMA is conducted by Newburgh San Miguel Program (“NSMP”), a New York not-for-profit corporation having as its purpose the provision of financial and administrative support for SMA.
San Miguel Academy of Newburgh is a tuition free, faith-based, 5th through 8th grade middle school for boys from underserved families residing in the City of Newburgh, NY. San Miguel Academy is a member of the Nativity Miguel Network of Schools, a consortium of 65 schools located in 27 states across the country. Opened in the 2006/2007 academic year, San Miguel Academy provides young men with the tools necessary for success in their academic, social and spiritual lives. San Miguel Academy’s focus on educational achievement and character development empowers each student to achieve his very best. Each boy graduates with a sense of community and an understanding of his responsibilities to himself, his family and to his fellow man.
